About Chang Ju:
Chang Ju means “Inviting your friends or family to get together more often”, the restaurant had perfectly integrated western ingredients into Chinese and Cantonese dishes and had created an innovative stream of Cantonese cuisine.
Signature Cuisine:
Selected Straw-Fed Xi Shi Beef: US Angus beef ribs wrapped by straw, marinated with Houzhu sauce, Fermented bean curd and sugar.
Crispy Pork: a must-order dish, marinated in a sweet BBQ sauce and then roasted.
Splendid Decoration:
An elegant environment decorated by Mr Zhu Bo Yang, a very spacious and positively clean restaurant for the family gathering or couple dating.
